The location is perfect for exploring all that Lucerne has to offer. I appreciated the clean rooms and comfortable beds, which made our stay enjoyable. A full-size fridge in the room stored our snacks and drinks perfectly. However, the check-in process was frustrating. I had to input my details multiple times at the kiosk, extending our wait time to 15 minutes. Also, the air conditioning struggled during our stay, working intermittently. It got uncomfortably hot at times, especially with street noise preventing us from opening the windows for fresh air. The housekeeping service only tidied our room once during our 5-night stay, which didn't meet my expectations. Additionally, having just 2 cups for tea and coffee for a 4-day visit felt insufficient.

ideal base for exploring lucerne's stunning parks and attractions

I loved how close everything was during my stay. the glacier garden is just a few steps away, and the lion monument is under a 5-minute walk, making it so easy to dive into lucerne's charm while strolling the city.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center.

I had issues with the self-check-in process, which was frustrating and took longer than expected. The air conditioning did not function properly, causing discomfort during our stay. The noise from the street made it difficult to relax and enjoy the room, especially with the windows open.
